Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at VIP Home Gallery. We take pride in offering premium furniture, decor pieces, figurines, wall art, sculptures, and home accessories. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law to ensure a fair and transparent experience forour customers.

1. General Policy

All returns, replacements, and refunds are processed according to UAE consumer regulations. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable experience for every customer. All eligible returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return / Refund

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or not functioning, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage or defect
• Order number or proof of purchase

Upon verification, we will arrange one of the following:

• Replacement
• Repair
• Full refund (shipping cost excluded)

B. Incorrect or Mis-Described Items

If you receive the wrong item, wrong color, wrong size, or a product that does not match the description or photos on our website, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement (shipping cost excluded unless the mistake is from our side).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or special-order items
• Clearance or sale items
• Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
• Decor or figurines damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

4. Change of Mind Policy

VIP Home Gallery does not accept returns for change of mind, color preferences, size preferences, or if the item does not fit the space.

5. Free Returns Policy

VIP Home Gallery offers free returns ONLY for items that are:

• Completely unused
• Not assembled or installed
• In original, unopened packaging

If these conditions are not met, return shipping charges may apply or the return may be rejected.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping, delivery, and logistic fees are non-refundable under all circumstances unless the error is from VIP Home Gallery.

7. Return Conditions

•  The item must be unused and in its original packaging
•  All original accessories and documentation must be included
•  The item must be in the same condition as delivered
•  Return request must be made within 14 days from delivery

8. Refund Processing

After inspection and approval of the returned item:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is 7–14 working days depending on your bank/payment provider
• Shipping fees will not be refunded

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if the item is defective or incorrect, and depend on stock availability.

10. Delivery Damage Notice (Large & Fragile Items)

Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24–48 hours.
